From our first project log:
“Wearable wrist-band that takes as input measurements of biometric markers of stress such as an elevated pulse-rate/heart rate, etc. to facilitate appropriate therapeutic intervention”

Changes made to our initial objective:
Pulse, Oximeter and Heart Rate Sensor - Pulse Oximeter : Mikroe MAX30100 - To try to measure the user’s stress levels.
“Heart rate click carries a MAX30100 integrated pulse oximetry and heart rate sensor. It’s an optical sensor that derives its readings from emitting two wavelengths of light from two LEDs, then measuring the absorbance of pulsing blood through a photodetector. The signal is processed by a low-noise analog signal processing unit and communicated to the target MCU (Microcontroller Unit) through the mikroBUS™ I2C (Inter-Integrated Circuit) interface. A programmable INT pin is also available. Uses 3.3V power supply.” - http://download.mikroe.com/documents/add-on-boards/click/heart-rate/heart-rate-click-manual-v100.pdf

LED Strips - To visually interact with and inform the user of their stress levels based on the following format:
Stress Lighting Up:
Normal: Green
Mildly/Moderately stressed: Yellow
Stressed: Red
